If required, a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) must be requested and signed prior to the commencement of services. Please notify us at the time of submission if confidentiality is required.

For quality assurance and operational purposes, all printing processes may be documented, including photographic and video records. By submitting a design, you agree to allow us to use these records for internal and marketing purposes unless otherwise specified in writing.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the designs provided do not infringe on intellectual property rights or violate applicable laws. The Tech Deck, LLC is not liable for any legal claims arising from the content of the designs submitted. By engaging our services, you acknowledge and accept this disclaimer.
