 All 3D printing requests are subject to approval based on feasibility, compliance with legal and ethical standards, and compatibility with our printing capabilities. The Tech Deck, LLC reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion.

If required, a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) must be requested and signed prior to the commencement of services. Please notify us at the time of submission if confidentiality is required.

For quality assurance and operational purposes, all printing processes may be documented, including photographic and video records. By submitting a design, you agree to allow us to use these records for internal and marketing purposes unless otherwise specified in writing.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the designs provided do not infringe on intellectual property rights or violate applicable laws.
