The Tech Deck, LLC sells both new sealed filament and custom 3D printed items. Please review the policy below before placing an order.
All filament is sold brand new, sealed, and in its original manufacturer packaging.
Because filament is moisture-sensitive and considered perishable, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on any filament that has been opened, unsealed, partially used, or removed from its original packaging.
Unopened and factory-sealed filament may be returned within 7 days of delivery if it is still in new, resellable condition.
Approved exchanges are accepted for unopened filament only. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
All custom 3D printed parts, models, prototypes, and made-to-order items are final sale. Because customers confirm and approve orders before fulfillment and/or shipping, we do not accept returns, refunds, or cancellations on approved custom 3D printed orders.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact The Tech Deck, LLC within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and photos so we can review the issue.
