Mayku FormBox
The Mayku FormBox puts the power of making in your hands. Powered by any vacuum cleaner, it works with a world of materials and helps you to make your ideas real. Whether you’re crafting by hand or partnering with your 3D printer, the FormBox is your very own desktop production line. Every FormBox comes with 40 free sheets, 1kg of casting material, three starter templates and a universal vacuum adaptor to ensure you get making straight away.
Mayku Pro Mesh
The Pro Mesh is a super-fine metal bed accessory for the FormBox. It is made from 1.2mm stainless steel, which has been etched with 1000’s of tiny holes to let more air escape from around the forms that you are vacuum forming. The Pro Mesh upgrades the standard mesh bed in your FormBox allowing for smoother edges for cleaner, tighter molds and parts.
Clear/Cast Sheets
Transparent and food-safe 0.5mm sheets for making reusable molds. The slight flex and non-stick surface that the sheet provides ensures that your templates and casts can be removed with ease. Fully recyclable, partly made from recycled plastic waste.
Form Sheets
A 0.5mm versatile, easy-to-use white sheet. Great for product packaging, prototyping and enhancing decorative craft projects. Fully recyclable, partly made from recycled plastic waste.
Flex Sheets
Flex Sheets are a transparent sheet material that remains flexible after it has been formed, improving the de-molding experience and enabling users to incorporate small undercuts and vertical walls into their designs. Food safe and flexible reusable molds in minutes.
Resin Sheets
Translucent, milky-colored sheets made of low-density polyethylene. Designed specifically for making custom molds for casting resin. These sheets can also be used for prototyping, model-making and casting a world of other materials. A Mayku Heat Shield is essential for Resin Sheets to ensure a consistent heating experience.

Heat Shield
An essential accessory for using our Resin Sheets as well as other professional materials. The Mayku Heat Shield allows the FormBox to work with thicker sheets by improving the distribution of heat across the material. The heat shield takes 30 seconds to install and doesn't require any tools to set-up. A small viewing port allows visibility of the material whilst it heats and it comes safely shipped in protective packaging.
